Joyce Godwin writes, speaks, and consults on corporate governance. Following 20 years in leadership roles at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, she took early retirement in 1993 to pursue these interests.
She currently serves on a number of national and international corporate, faith-based, and non-profit boards. Previously, she served as Chair of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the United Way Campaign, and was the founding Chair of Quality New Mexico.
Ms. Godwin and her physician husband have volunteered their time and expertise with the poor and needy in many countries throughout the world.
She has a bachelor's degree from Florida State University and a master's degree from George Washington University. Ms. Godwin is the Chair of the PHS Board Governance Committee. |
