Judith H. Edge is Corporate Vice President Human Resources for FedEx Corporation a $34 billion global transportation and business services holding company. She is responsible for leading the Human Resources function for FedEx Corporation which includes executive development employee benefits strategies and executive compensation.
FedEx has been widely acknowledged for its commitment to total quality service and has consistently been ranked on Fortune magazine�s industry lists including World�s Most Admired Companies and America�s Most Admired Companies.
Edge is an adjunct member of the FedEx Strategic Management Committee which is responsible for developing and reviewing the corporation�s strategic business activities. She joined the company in 1983 as a Customer Service Representative and has held a variety of Human Resources positions throughout her FedEx career.
Born in 1961 in Pittsburgh PA Edge earned her master�s degree in business administration from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh Scotland. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals and WorldatWork Organization. |
