Judy S. Slotkin - currently a director of Siga Technologies, Inc. Ms. Slotkin was Co-Head of the Finance Committee of the Modern Africa Fund, a $120 million private equity fund, from 1998 until 2003. She was formerly Department Head/Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Division of Citigroup (Citibank Investment Bank) where she was responsible for various businesses and the first head of the group�s Capital Markets Desk. Prior to that, Ms. Slotkin held various positions in the Citigroup (Citibank) commercial bank. Ms. Slotkin is also a founding member of the Food Allergy Initiative, an organization funding research, legislative initiatives and education regarding food allergies. Ms. Slotkin is a member of the Board of Trustees of Trinity School in New York City and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Liberian Education Trust, a project of the Phelps Stokes Foundation. |
