Ms. Harris is Senior Vice President of PRIMEDIA Inc. and President & Chief Executive Officer of Channel One, the largest source of news and information for young people reaching more than 7 million teens in middle schools nad high schools across the country, nearly 30% of teenagers in the U.S. She is responsible for overseeing Channel One's content, operations and overall growth strategy.
Ms. Harris brings a respected history creating global brand extensions and generating revenue opportunities for brands in the educational and consumer markets. Previously, Ms. Harris served as Executive Vice President of Businesses at PBS; Senior Vice President and General Manager of Consumer and Educational Products for Discovery Communications and Vice President of Corporate Development at Binney and Smith (Crayola) a division of Hallmark, Inc.
