Judy Kemp began her recruiting career with Management Recruiters of Chattanooga-North, Inc. in 1987. She specializes in the placement of accounting and finance professionals with manufacturing companies across the U.S. Having worked in manufacturing prior to becoming a recruiter gave Judy a strong perspective on the inner-workings of that environment and enables her to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of her clients. With her focus on honesty and trust, she considers herself to be a No-Nonsense recruiter which means working with the facts. She is very detail oriented and treats every client with the utmost confidentiality.

In 1998, Judy was promoted to V.P. of Recruiting - Accounting & Finance. Through the years she has achieved numerous local and regional awards as well as consistently earned the National Pacesetter award.
