Weiler oversees a range of HR responsibilites for the company. Weiler has 29 years of HR experience in a variety of industries with the last 15 years in software development companies. She has been Director and/or Vice President of Human Resources for CyCare Systems, Inc., JDA Software Group, Inc., and Khimetrics, Inc. In addition, she has been an HR Business Partner with SAP, Inc. Weiler has an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois with a MBA from the University of Phoenix. She also holds certification as a Sr. Human Resources professional from the Society of Human Resources Management and she is Certified Compensation Professional through World-At-Work.
