Judyann Lee is an Associate in the firm's Common Interest Practice Group. Ms. Lee's practice focuses on the development of common interest projects, including commercial, residential and mixed-use condominiums, community associations, and timeshare resorts and private residence clubs. Ms. Lee often counsels clients on compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements affecting such projects, including the Maryland Condominium Act, the District of Columbia Condominium Act, the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, the Maryland Time-Sharing Act, the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, and Fair Housing Act, Housing for Older Persons Act, and numerous other state and federal statutes and regulations. Ms. Lee has provided initial registrations, phase additions, and amendments for state condominium and time share registrations and federal Interstate Land Sales registrations. Prior to joining Linowes and Blocher LLP, Ms. Lee practiced as an Associate at Holland & Knight LLP, in the Timeshare and Resort Community Development Practice Group. Ms. Lee has expertise in timeshare law and resort development, and has drafted and implemented full project documentation for timeshare projects, private residence clubs, vacation clubs, high-end fractional interest projects, and multi-state timeshare programs. Ms. Lee has handled registrations for such projects in various states, and has advised clients on federal and multi-state compliance issues pertaining to the marketing and sales of such projects.
