Jules del Vecchio is a vice president in the Agency Department of New York Life Insurance Company. He is in charge of the Agency Meetings division. Jules joined New York Life as an agent in the White Plains General Office in 1970. He went into field management as an assistant in that office in 1974. In 1980, he was promoted to general manager of the Essex General Office. He also served as associate general manager in the Westchester General Office and general manager in both the Eastchester and Stamford General Offices. In 1986, Jules was transferred to the Home Office, where he served as an executive management consultant in the Individual Insurance Department. He was elected a vice president in 1988. Shortly after, he transferred to the Agency Department. Jules assumed responsibility for the Incentive and Meetings unit in 1997. He obtained a BA from Parsons College in 1967, and both Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa. |
