Julia Haase is responsible for the day-to-day management and production flow of all client programs across Francorp's major consulting divisions. In this capacity she establishes timelines and benchmarks, as well as quality control measures, for the completion, coordination and seamless integration of Francorp's strategic planning, legal, operations, marketing, technology and information services consulting products. In addition, Ms. Haase provides support to Francorp's Franchise Management Training Program, an intensive, two-day seminar that assists franchisors in providing improved support services for their franchisees. Prior to joining Francorp, Ms. Haase held management positions in parks and recreation administration, including positions of increasing responsibility with the Olympia Fields, Illinois, and Park District, which has won several national awards. Ms. Haase earned a B.A. Degree from the University of Northern Iowa. |
