Alex McQuiston is counsel to a number of leading banking and other financial institutions specializing in direct debt transactions, bond financings, letter of credit transactions and equity investments. These transactions include "single-lender" facilities as well as syndicated facilities and multiple-borrower facilities. The transactional matters cover several specialized industries including construction lending and permanent loan financing for office buildings, multi-family housing, hotels and shopping centers, acquisition and permanent financing of power projects, letter of credit and working capital facilities for multi-national companies, and construction lending and equity investments for senior and affordable housing projects.
Mr. McQuiston has written and spoken on numerous topics relating to commercial lending, construction law, power projects, and tax credits for affordable housing.
