Julie L. Bryant, associate vice president of retention solutions at Noel-Levitz, works directly with colleges and universities throughout North America in the area of satisfaction assessment.
Ms Bryant is responsible for client service to more than 1,300 institutions using the Noel-Levitz family of satisfaction-priorities assessment instruments, including the Student Satisfaction Inventory, the Institutional Priorities Survey, the Adult Student Priorities Survey, and the Priorities Survey of Online Learners, as well as other surveys in development.
Ms. Bryant provides service to educators by assisting them in determining relationships between perceptions of importance and satisfaction of students, special populations, and campus personnel. Ms. Bryant identifies ways these data can inform retention planning and be shared with the campus community. She also oversees the annual national reporting and trend analysis of these data.
In addition, Ms. Bryant represents Noel-Levitz at regional and national events, presenting at conferences and audio teleconferences in the areas of satisfaction assessment.
