Description of Practice:
Julie is an associate in our San Francisco office's real estate group. She has handled all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions for developers and investors, including acquisition, redevelopment, and disposition. Julie has significant experience in real estate finance, as well, representing borrowers and also lenders with respect to originations, assumptions, and CMBS loan servicing. Julie also has a background in commercial litigation and white collar defense.
Professional Activities/Memberships:
Member, State Bar of California, Section on Real Property, member, Bar Association of San Francisco. Admitted to practice in California and Massachusetts.
Educational History:
Julie received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where she was a member of the Stetson Law Review Editorial Board. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida. |
