Julie has over 20 years of deep and broad experience in software engineering, IT infrastructure engineering, and enterprise management. Her experience as a developer in commercial software companies included development of communications interfaces and management of programming teams. As a former IT senior engineer, she evaluated enterprise management solutions for ROI and functionality and participated in implementation of multiple system, application and performance management products. Julie�s IT experience included working with two international software companies, Enterprise Systems Group, and the former JD Edwards & Company, now part of Oracle. During her years at Enterprise Systems Group, Julie worked as a Software Engineer in the U.S. and U.K. designing and developing software for the broadcasting industry. At the former JD Edwards & Company, Julie worked as a Software Engineer within the Development organization and as a Senior Engineer in the IT Infrastructure services group. Julie founded JD Edwards� global enterprise management team, which was responsible for evaluating and implementing large scale enterprise management systems. She has extensive experience with network performance management, database administration, and management of tiered software systems. Prior to working at EMA, Julie worked as a manager in the Global Architecture and Core Technologies group at Accenture, where she worked extensively on ITIL-related consulting projects. Her Master�s Degree focus areas were Object Oriented Technologies and Enterprise Architecture.
