Division of Pediatric General and Thoracic Surgery recently finished a fellowship in pediatric surgery at J.W. Riley Hospital for Children and Indiana University, Indianapolis. Prior to that, she had been chief resident in general surgery at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Mo. She was awarded the Harvard Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery Research Fellowship and completed a research fellowship in tissue engineering at Massachusetts General Hospital.
