Julie represents employers involved in employment litigation and counsels employers regarding a wide variety of employment issues. She defends employers against employment discrimination lawsuits in state and federal court. Julie has experience preparing employers� responses to charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and state civil rights departments. She also reviews, drafts, and gives counsel on covenants-not-to-compete, employment agreements, and separation agreements.Like other lawyers in the firm�s employment group, Julie frequently consults with other group members whose practices are focused differently. This team approach allows Julie and all of the lawyers in the employment group to give expert advice in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
