Ms. Raab performs nationwide executive recruitment for technology based companies. Her area of specialization is manufacturing management infrastructure including operations, materials and supply chain, quality, engineering, marketing, program management, and general management.



Her industry experience spans high technology, aerospace/aircraft, and industrial manufacturing. Her clients include Air Liquide, BE Aerospace, Bodycote Heat Treat, Curtiss-Wright, IDEX Corp., ITT, Mexmil, NSK, and Smiths Aerospace/GE, as well as smaller manufacturers. Ms. Raab has been an Executive Recruiter since 1984 and joined Vaughan & Company Executive Search in 1992.



Previously, Ms. Raab was the owner of Ultratec Personnel, specializing in high technology placements. Prior to that she served as a Corporate Office and School Director for a nationally accredited technical school.
