Julie Schaller is Senior Vice President of MidCountry Financial Corp. Prior to becoming a member of the executive team of MidCountry, Julie served as the Chief People Officer of Pioneer Services. During her tenure there she led the team to create Pioneer�s award winning ELITE recognition system, which is the core driver of the company culture. Under Julie�s leadership, Pioneer Services was twice recognized as the 18th Best Medium Size Company to Work for in America (2004) by the Society of Human Resource Management. In 2005, the company was one of 15 companies to receive the prestigious Department of Defense Freedom Award that recognizes companies that show extraordinary support for their associates who serve in the National Guard and Reserves.
