Ms. Schroeder has over ten years of experience as both a trial and appellate attorney working on complex cases including health care, contracts, insurance, intellectual property, tort, and fraud issues. Her appellate experience includes co-authoring a brief for the Supreme Court of the United States on punitive damages. Ms. Schroeder has also consulted for several companies on various aspects of HIPAA and HCQIA. At CodeRyte, Ms. Schroeder is a member of the executive management team and has responsibility for all legal matters, including contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property. Her work experience before CodeRyte includes handling civil health care litigation at Eccleston & Wolf to defend doctors and other medical providers. Ms. Schroeder holds a J.D. cum laude from the Washington College of Law at American University, and a B.A. with Honors from Franklin & Marshall College. |
