Julie earned her Ph.D. in psychology at West Virginia University and is author of "It" Happens! How to Become Change-Resilient (LifePath Press, 2002), a hands-on, practical guide about not only weathering change but using it to make a positive impact at work and in other aspects of life. She has also published several articles covering a range of topics and coauthored the book Performance Analysis: Understanding Behavior in Organizations.
