Julio Guinand serves as Senior Construction Manager for Monday Properties. He is responsible for tenant renovations throughout the company�s 3-million-square-foot portfolio in Northern Virginia. Prior to joining Monday Properties in 2005, Mr. Guinand was a Senior Project Manager at Westfield Realty, Inc, where he was responsible for coordinating tenant renovations at 13 office buildings. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. |
