Julio Herrera, Chief Operating Officer of Shadow Financial, has more than 20 years of experience in systems development and project management. He manages the day-to-day operations of the Company as well as the development team. Skilled in bridging the communications gaps between the business community and the technical community, Herrera is experienced in delivering business solutions for the brokerage industry.Previously, he was Director of Applications Development for Refco, where he reported to Shadow Financial founder Don Marino. There, he was in charge of directing the development staff that designed and implemented a proprietary international brokerage support system for the cash, securities and emerging market business. He also managed the development staff that designed and implemented a system for the Treasury Department of a medium sized brokerage firm. |
