PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nine years experience in the insurance industry. Twenty years experience as a paralegal in the insurance regulatory practie group with duties that include assisting executing insurance company and managed care organization expansion through admissions as well as through amending existing authority; assisting in obtaining regulatory approvals involving redomestications, mergers or acquisitions of insurers or other holding company transactions in addition to name changes and reinsurance transactions; assisting in preparation and regulatory aproval of insurance products; assisting in insurance agency formation and licensing matters; assisting in formation and administration of risk retention groups, purchasing groups, and other alternative risk mechanisms.
