Mr. Flamm is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Flamm handles a wide range of labor and employment matters, including noncompetition and trade secrets litigation; lawsuits and administrative charges involving race, sex, age, disability, and religious discrimination; wage and hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws; National Labor Relations Act claims and labor arbitration proceedings; military leave; employee handbooks and workplace policies; electronic discovery and recordkeeping issues; and other issues relating to employment relationships. He has first-chair litigation experience in both federal and state courts and in arbitration and administrative proceedings. Mr. Flamm was twice selected by Cincinnati Magazine as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. He has spoken to employer groups and other attorneys and has published several articles on a variety of labor and employment topics. Mr. Flamm received his Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude from the Washington and Lee University School of Law. While in law school, he served as editor in chief of the Washington and Lee Law Review. Mr. Flamm received his Bachelor of Arts and graduated cum laude from Miami University with a major in political science and a minor in philosophy. He is a past President of the Board of Trustees of The Friends of the William Howard Taft Birthplace. Mr. Flamm is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio. |
