Justin is a corporate and securities attorney in The Venture Practice at Ray Quinney & Nebeker. He is the Vice-Chair of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar. Justin�s practice focuses on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and public company representation. He recently joined the firm after practicing in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Salt Lake City office. Prior to entering law school, Justin worked as a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory Services.
