The background of Jutta Lohkampff covers a broad university career across several faculties, including business administration, publishing and philosophy. Her professional career, before moving into the executive search industry among others covers line functions and the P&L responsibility in Germany for the largest European recruitment company.
In the mid 1980's she joined the executive search industry as a consultant and developed on a fast track within Heidrick & Struggles to the first woman in Germany being offered partnership.
In 1991 she joined Signium Germany (at that time Ward Howell) as the first female Managing Partner.

She has been involved in top level searches for aggressive, fast growing US serial goods manufacturers as well as for German DAX companies and privately owned typical German mittelstands-companies in investment goods, automotive and telecommunication.
