JVND Prasad Vice President, Engg., & Tech
JVND Prasad heads softProjex' Services Delivery division in the capacity of Vice President. His extensive experience in computer engineering and passion to build project and product development processes have previously earned him senior management positions in engineering divisions at successful software development companies in India. Prasad has overall experience of 16 years in the IT industry. Earlier, he was Vice President (Technology and Development) at VisualSoft Technologies. He helped build the engineering and product management teams that created the world's highly rated Sun Microsystem technology-based products, and implemented successful software solutions to the Fortune 500 companies. He had successfully led several 100-300 manyear projects during his career so far. He was also instrumental in establishing strong technology alliances with companies like Microsoft, Sun, Borland, and Rational. Prior to VisualSoft, Prasad worked at Intelligroup Asia Pvt Ltd, where he built the eCommerce Practice with the coordination of industry leading management teams. During his tenure, he implemented complex software solutions to sister divisions of premium organizations like Reserve Bank of India. Prasad began his career as Unix and C-based kernel engineer tweaking with various operating system internals, and gradually diversified into commercial application development. He holds a Masters in Computer Science. |
