Kaare Bringa joined Boyden as co-founder and Managing Partner of the Oslo office in 1990. He is a Project Leader of the Boyden Management Assessment Practice.
He is a Business Graduate of the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen, Norway.
After graduation, Kaare was appointed Financial Manager with Aker Groups supply, maintenance and modification operations in Stavanger.
In 1982, he was appointed Corporate Controller and Financial Manager with Aker Oil & Gas in Oslo. A unit responsible for all EPC turn key projects for the North Sea.
In 1986, he was appointed CFO of the Aker Group, taking part in the overall restructuring of the Group.
He has been in Executive Search over 16 years and works across a wide range of industries and professions.
