Kacy Moutray Ellis joined American Capital in September of 2002 as an Associate in the Dallas Office and was promoted to Vice President in January 2007. In July of 2006, Mrs. Ellis joined the Dallas Energy Team. Prior to joining American Capital Mrs. Ellis was a Financial Analyst within Salomon Smith Barney�s Merger and Acquisition group in New York. While at Salomon, she worked on M&A transactions encompassing all industries, with a focus on transportation, logistics, energy and technology. Following Salomon, she worked as an analyst in the Investment Banking Group at Frost Securities in Dallas, Texas. While at Frost, she specialized in M&A and debt and equity underwritings to middle-market companies encompassing all industries, with a focus on energy and technology.
Mrs. Ellis received a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Business from the University of Texas at Austin. |
