Mr. Morse
joined the firm's labor and employment law department in 2005.
Mr. Morse is a JD/MPA graduate of the Marriott School of Management, and the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He also received his B.A. degree in Public Relations from BYU. Throughout college and law school Mr. Morse was a Native Hawaiian Leadership Project Scholar and a BYU Academic Merit Scholar.
While in law school, he served as a founder and Editor-in-Chief of the BYU International Law & Management Review and published an article on international corporate governance. He also competed on the Moot Court team, served as a director on the Moot Court Board of Advocates, and was awarded a pupilage in the A. Sherman Christensen - American Inns of Court I.
Mr. Morse is also is a member of the Hawaii Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He regularly speaks on employment law issues for the HSBA, Lorman Education Services, and various private employers and human resource professionals |
