Kalley Aman represents corporate clients and financial institutions in both state and federal courts. Ms. Aman has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders in class actions and unfair competition laws of California and other states. Her practice also includes employment and real estate litigation, products liability litigation, contract disputes, and general business litigation. Ms. Aman is currently representing corporate clients in wage and hour class actions.
Ms. Aman is the author of No Remedy for Hostile Environment Sexual Harassment? Balancing a Plaintiff's Right to Relief Against Protection of Small Business Employers, 4 J. Small & Emerging Bus. L. 319 (2000). She has also authored a book review in International Lawyer.
Ms. Aman received her B.S. in Political Science in 1995 and her M.S. in Political Theory and International Law in 1997 from Portland State University. She earned her J.D. from Lewis and Clark School of Law in 2000, where she was an editor of the Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law.
