Kalyan Sundaram Mahalingam serves as the Chief Operating Officer effective July 1, 2007. He is responsible for the entire process of Hiring, Training and Grooming in the Practice and deploying the consulting teams in the delivery organization in India. With over 16 years of experience in IT services business, Kalyan joins Intelligroup from Keane, where he was, Vice President GRM and EAS Practice. Before that, he was with Wipro Technologies, where he spent 13 years, where most recently he was General Manager, Enterprise Applications Services. He has held many positions in practice building, delivery, Quality and key positions in Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India and a Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in New Delhi. |
