Kamalesh Dwivedi brings to TeleTech more than 25 years of combined experience in engineering, high technology manufacturing and Information Technology. His primary responsibility is to lead the global technology strategy and deployment for all functions and geographies, of the company's business. Since joining TeleTech, he has led the creation and deployment of new technologies and systems, supporting the company�s goal to grow revenue and improve the operating margin. These new technologies have enabled TeleTech to deliver world-class service levels to its global customers and have resulted in the creation of more than a dozen intellectual properties in the business process outsourcing arena. TeleTech offers include several of these newly developed, cutting-edge technologies through its OnDemand suite of products.
Before joining TeleTech, Dwivedi served as vice president and chief information officer of ADC Telecommunications, a global manufacturer of broadband equipment to the telecom and cable industries. Prior to ADC, he was the chief information officer of Scientific-Atlanta, a global manufacturer and supplier of integrated technology products in video, voice and data to the telecom and cable industries. Dwivedi led the engineering and manufacturing functions for handsets in the pioneer days of the cellular phone industry, during the 80's in Canada.
Dwivedi holds a bachelor�s degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India and a master�s degree in engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He also graduated from the Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development. |
