Grady is responsible for overseeing internal and external communications, public relations, advertising, video production, trade shows, collateral material development, branding, and Crawford�s premium program as they support the Company�s sales efforts.
Grady, who joined Crawford in 1999 as the marketing communications manager, most recently served as assistant vice president and director of Corporate Communications. Throughout her career, Grady has held various communications positions including public relations manager for Morrison Health Care, Inc.; senior public relations specialist at Rock-Tenn Company; public relations manager for the Prudential Atlanta Realty; communications specialist at the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia; account executive at ITT Financial Services; and editorial assistant at Georgia Real Estate News.
Grady earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from The Ohio State University and is a member of several industry organizations. |
