As a Senior Analyst with SEG, Karan conducts industry, economic, and financial research, prepares valuation reports, and performs financial modeling for various projects. Karan works closely with our Associates and Vice Presidents in the valuation of business enterprises, merger and acquisitions, SFAS compliance, and ESOPs. Prior to joining SEG, Karan interned at the Investment Banking department of Merrill Lynch in New Delhi, India during which he worked on a private equity deal for a leading healthcare services provider. Karan also interned at the Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles where he interacted with high net-worth individuals and corporations and helped them develop their investment strategies. Karan graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California.
