K�re Schultz joined Novo Nordisk in 1989 as an economist in Health Care, Economy & Planning. In November 2000, he was appointed chief of staffs. In March 2002, he took over the responsibility of COO. Mr Schultz holds an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, from 1987. Mr Schultz is a member of the board of LEGO A/S, Denmark.
