Ms. MacDonald has been in the banking industry for more than 35 years in sales and commercial credit administration. She was an honors graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School in 1995. Prior to joining First Sound Bank, Ms. MacDonald held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer for KeyBank's Western Washington Division of Business Banking. She previously served as manager of its Seattle Business Banking division. She sits on the boards of Easter Seals, Washington affiliate; Noel House, an emergency shelter for homeless women; and the Substance Abuse Impact Council of United Way of King County. Through her involvement with KeyBank's Women's Advisory Board, Ms. MacDonald was instrumental in bringing to the forefront the needs of women-owned businesses in the Washington market. |
