Mimi Potter has more than ten years of market research and consulting experience spanning both quantitative and qualitative research techniques. Mimi has expertise in consumer market sizing and trending, segmentation analysis, product development, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Most recently, she led PSCU�s Financial Service consultative service, where she developed and managed PSCUs internal market intelligence capabilities. Prior to PSCU, Mimi managed a team of research analysts at the Sterling Research Group. Beginning her career at PSI Global, Mimi directed two of their syndicated products - one focused on consumer retail banking and the other specializing in delivery systems. Mimi holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where she majored in Marketing.
