Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Ms. Rupp was an associate at King & Spalding. Throughout her tenure there she represented clients in all aspects of litigation and in the intellectual property areas of trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law. Notably, Ms. Rupp successfully litigated copyright infringement and related common law claims against a Fortune 50 company by achieving dismissal on a summary judgment.
Ms. Rupp graduated from New York University School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Nationals Team (Best Brief Runner-up, national Moot Court Competition). She received her B.A. in English from Indiana University. Ms Rupp is a member of the New York City Bar�s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights Committee. |
