Min Fan is one of the co-founders of our company. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in January 2006. Mr. Fan has served as our Executive Vice President since 2000 and became the Chief Operating Officer in November 2004. Mr. Fan has more than 15 years of experience in travel-related industries. From 1997 to 2000 he was the Chief Executive Officer of Shanghai Travel Service Company a leading domestic travel agency in China. From 1990 to 1997 he served as the Deputy General Manager and in a number of other senior positions at Shanghai New Asia Hotel Management Company which was one of the leading hotel management companies in China. Mr. Fan obtained his Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He also studied at the Lausanne Hotel Management School of Switzerland in 1995. |
