Mina Fader is Vice President of Finance and Administration for INTECH, where she is directly responsible for the internal operations of the company. Her faithful adherence to strong financial and organizational structures have built INTECH's infrastructure into a highly streamlined operation. Earlier in her career, Mina was Assistant Vice President of Finance and Administration for University of Pennsylvania's Facilities and Real Estate Services Division, where she had similar responsibilities for the University's overall physical plant. She is active in the Women's Division of The Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and is a Trustee of The Baldwin School. Mina earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School. |
