Dr Yin is board-certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. He received his medical degree from Harbin Medical University in the People�s Republis of China. He completed a residency in surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and received a PhD from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Dr Yin also completed a residency in surgery at the University of Carolina Hospitals in Chapel Hill, NC, and a pathology residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His work experience includes serving as an attending surgeon/urologist at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, a postdoctoral scientist at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, and a research assistant professor at the University of North Carolina. Prior to joining DIANON, Dr Yin was a clinical fellow in genitourinary pathology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He serves as a reviewer for Transplant International and is the author of a number of published articles. |
