Mir Arif. Mr. Arif was previously Managing Director of GlobalNet Partners, a venture capital fund focused on enterprise software and services companies. Prior to GlobalNet, Mr. Arif was a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in its Technology Investment Banking Group. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Arif was an Associate Director at Peregrine Capital where he developed Peregrine�s corporate finance effort in New York and managed the Private Placements Group in Hong Kong. Mr. Arif has also previously worked in Bear Stearns� Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Oppenheimer & Co.�s Institutional Equity Research Group. Mr. Arif holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University. Mr. Arif is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
