Mitchell has been a Partner of LLR Partners since he joined the firm in 2000. LLR Partners is a Philadelphia-based private equity firm with $620 million of capital under management that focuses on investments in information technology, business services, healthcare and financial services enterprises. From 1994 until joining LLR Partners, Mitchell was a founder and Managing Director of Advanta Partners LP, a private equity firm affiliated with Advanta Corporation (NASDAQ:ADVNA). Prior to Advanta Partners, Mitchell was at Patricof & Co. Ventures, Inc. (since renamed Apax Partners), an international venture capital firm. Mitchell has served on the boards of over a dozen public and private companies, including Princeton Softech and Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY). |
