Mitchell is Executive Vice President and a managing partner of Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. He is a founding member of Friedman's executive committee and has been with the company since its inception in 1987. With Mitchell at the helm, the company has expanded to more than 100 employees with property listings and investment interests throughout Michigan. He has played an instrumental role in the company's growth into one of the region's leading full-service real estate companies. Mr. Lipton has expertise in all aspects of the business, including investment sales, leasing, and development of all types of commercial property, which include office, industrial, high-tech, retail, and vacant land. He has vast diversified experience in a multitude of transactions including but not limited to structuring new leases, identifying suitable land for future development, and executing complex tax-free exchanges. Mr. Lipton's primary focus is as an office-leasing specialist and he has consistently ranked as one of the top producing office leasing brokers in the Metropolitan Detroit Marketplace. In June of 1996, Mitchell became one of only 1,800 real estate professionals nationwide to earn the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Mr. Lipton graduated with a degree in finance from Michigan State University, and continually applies his exemplary education in accounting and finance to provide outstanding service for his clientele. His future plans consist of broadening Friedman's presence in the market, and exponentially increasing revenues while continuing to provide exceptional guidance to both employees and clients. |
