Mr. Trikha is a Principal at U Group (A team of entrepreneurs and executives focused on turnarounds of IT businesses). Prior to joining U Group in 2002, Mohan was President & CEO of InfoDream Corporation (A Silicon Valley company in the area of knowledge management). Mr. Trikha was Vice President and General Manager of Strategy and Planning for Xerox Corporation's Internet and Software Solutions division from 1998 to 2000, where he played an important role in building the company's new generation of online services and solutions.

Prior to such time, he was Founder and Chief Executive Officer of InXight Software, an independent company funded by Xerox, from 1996 to 1998. He also held several senior-level positions with divisions of Xerox Corporation and IBM. Mr. Trikha is on the Boards of Qualance Software and Zanett, a publicly traded NASDAQ company. Mohan is a Charter Member of T.I.E., a professional organization for entrepreneurs Worldwide. Mohan holds a Bachelors in Technology from IIT Delhi and Masters in engineering from Cranfield/Imperial College in London.
