Most recently, she held the position of Vice President and Director in a Fortune 100 Company. She is an innovative problem-solver committed to coaching top management teams and individuals to address performance improvement. She counsels executives on the development of transformational leadership skills and supportive talent management practices.Tracey�s experience includes assisting clients with the interpretation of multi-rater feedback results, development planning resulting in specific career and leadership enhancement initiatives, cross-cultural leadership skills, one-on-one coaching, and team building initiatives. Tracey is a qualified Myer�s Briggs administrator. As a former executive with both line and staff experience, Tracey understands the issues executives face and is fluent in business parlance. She honed her consulting experience as a founding member of a strategy consulting practice where she worked with clients in numerous industries and services.Tracey holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of Management, and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Illinois. She is a member of the Academy of Management, the OD Network, the OD Institute and ASTD. She is currently an adjunct Professor of Management at Roosevelt University in Chicago and a Registered Organizational Development Professional.
