Molly Henderson CPA has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance since May 2003. She served as the VirtualScopics' Controller from October 2002 to May 2003. She oversees all financial aspects of our operations. She has previously served as the Corporate Controller for Ultralife Batteries Inc. a publicly traded $35 million provider of high performance lithium battery solutions. Her primary functions included preparation of all required SEC filings as well as overseeing and ensuring proper accounting standards of the Company. Earlier in her career she was a Manager in the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP her clients included: Bausch & Lomb Inc. Frontier Communications Tropicana FF Thompson Health System. Ms. Henderson received her MBA and Bachelors of Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo. |
