Mona Leigh Bernhardt is Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to this assignment, she was Manager - Human Resources. Bernhardt joined Newfield in 2000. Prior to joining Newfield, she worked for Exxon. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Institute on Management Consultants Houston Chapter. Bernhardt graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Public Relations and holds a M.S. degree in Organizational Communications from Purdue University. |
