Mona Naragon, Evening Shift Supervisor
Position: Evening Shift Supervisor for the Order Editing Team Professional Experience: 3 years as Lead Editor for Crestline Co., Managed a staffing agency, 1 years as a Regional Service Manager with Total Care, 23 years in the military with 18 years experience as a recruiter. What I Do Today: Monitor and coordinate the efforts of the evening order entry team to ensure as many orders are processed as possible without sacrificing quality; mentor and motivate each team member to develop their individual and team skills; interface with sales partners and field offices to respond to special requests. Accomplishments & Recognition: Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies, outstanding recruiter of the year four times during military career, served as Chair of the Board of Trustees at my local church, State Commander of the Maine American Legion. Outside Activities: Serve in various capacities with the American Legion on local, state, and national levels; belong to the Elks, enjoy gardening, camping, and working on my home; love cooking and spending time with my family and friends. What Moves Me: To be part of the process that molds people to be tomorrow's leaders and inspiring them to help others get better.
