Mona Simonian has broad experience in general commercial litigation and specializes in the area of intellectual property litigation, including trade secret disputes, copyright, trademark and trade dress infringement, and unfair competition. She represents both U.S.- and foreign-based clients involved in numerous industries, including financial services, consumer goods, music and entertainment, textiles and apparel.
